7 foot 3 New York Knicks player Kristaps Porzingis released his first shoe. His upcoming stardom as a NBA player has led to his deal with Adidas. Only 100 pairs of the Porzingis “Crazy Explosive” were available to buy and available at Packer Shoes in Jersey City, NJ.
Adidas created a shoe special that originates from the collection. It incorporates Porzingis’ basketball nickname, “The Unicorn” given by NBA player Kevin Durant because of the crazy skills he’s capable to do at his height. The creativity behind these shoes is phenomenal. The soles of each shoe has a unicorn colored in Knicks colors.
Porzingis showcased these customized shoes last night as he wore them while playing against the Portland Trailblazers which had a great amount of athletes and sneakerheads fantasizing over the uniqueness of the shoe.
The release date of these shoes has not been confirmed yet, but you can expect them sometime in 2018.
